Crayon Art.
This is my overall. I painted a canvas black a while ago and had nothing to do with it, then one day I found this cool thing on pinterest. You take some crayons, unwrap them and put them in your glue gun, and after it heats up a bit you start pulling the trigger! It takes alot of crayons though, and if you have a semi broken glue gun, be VERY careful. I burnt my hand quite a few times because the melted wax kept coming out the sides of my glue gun instead of the front! OUCH!
Also, I did sell this for 40 dollars to a friend of my cousin

Reflection
1. What is your project? What materials did you use to make it? How long did it take you to make?
- It is a crayon art painting, I used a canvas, black acrylic paint, crayons and a hot glue gun. It took me about 3 days.
2. What are the good / strong parts of your project? What is done well and why?
- I really like how the color pops and that it's not just one color scheme, there are diffferent splashes of color everywhere and it really catches your eye.
3. What do you think you could have done better on this project and why?
- I think I could have done a better job at planning what I wanted to do with it, and done preliminaries.
4. What is the deeper meaning of the project? What are you trying to communicate? What details did you use to reflect that theme?
- I dont have much of a deep meaning, I just saw the idea on pinterest and decided it looked like a really cool thing to do.
5. What are the important elements? Why do you believe those are the most important?
- Color is definitley the most important because without the random splashes of color, you'd get bored looking at it.
6. What are the important principles? Why do you believe those are the most important?
-Rhythm is a major principle. nothing is really repeated except for certain colors.
7. What did you learn from this project that you could apply to other projects in the future? What lessons could be applied to life in general? Why?
- I learned to becareful when using Mr. Purdys Glue Guns. Because if you don't watch carefully, hot wax will spill out the side and burn your hand. :)
